CLEAN TECH ESLS / CLEAN TECH ESLS 4000 -
Self Leveling Heavy Duty Epoxy Screed Flooring- Solvent free, self-smoothening, laid at a thickness of min.2 mm and 4 mm respectively. Jointless, monolithic, smooth, non-porous, hygienic and chemically resistant flooring. Ideal for areas subjected to high impact, high abrasion, forklift truck movement and areas subjected to chemicals and oil spillages. Not only minimizes the undulations of VDF / IPS concrete floor but also provides strong base screed with high compressive strength of 70 - 80 N.
B) Epoxy Self leveling Topping – Final finish
- CLEAN TECH SL - Self Leveling Epoxy Flooring which can be at thickness of 1.5 mm to 3 mm – Jointless, monolithic, smooth,non-porous, hygienic, chemically resistant. Ideal substitute for a floor coating. Variety of colours
- CLEAN TECH SL(M1) - Solvent free, 100% solids self leveling self smoothening pigmented Epoxy flooring topping which is laid at a thickness of 1 mm. It is jointless, monolithic, smooth, non-porous, hygienic chemically resistant and easy to clean floor topping. Designed to provide an aesthetic, smooth surface in industrial environments moderate chemical exposure. The unique formulation gives the surface an excellent gloss as well as abrasion resistance. Variety of colours.
- CLEAN TECH EPOXSL - Glossy, solvent free, self-smoothing, pigmented epoxy floor topping, which is laid at a thickness of 0.6 to 1.5 mm. EPOXSL is joint less, monolithic, smooth, no-porous, hygienic, chemically resistant. Ideal as a relay on the existing Epoxy flooring.
C) Self leveling UV Stable Clear Coating
- CLEAN TECH CLR(M) - 2 Component, Solvent free, Clear, Non Yellowing self levelling coating which can be applied on Epoxy, tiles, granites, etc. Gives an excellent surface protection of the substrate coated, gloss retention. Excellent dust free smooth finish, water impermeable.
- CLEAN TECH LBC(CLEAR)- is based on alipathic PU resin clear coating with good non yellowing and weathering properties, full glossy finish. Recommended to apply on Epoxy and PU floorings, concrete and mortar surfaces, wood surfaces.
D) Economical Epoxy Coating
- CLEAN TECH HB 150 - 2 component, High Build, solventless, pigmented, self priming Epoxy floor coating with good antiskid properties,smooth flooring with good hardness, impact and abrasion resistance, impermeable to water, glossy and durable. Ideal for Service floors, Utility area, car parking area, walkways etc.
- CLEAN TECH LBC(M)- Solvent based Epoxy floor coating system. Can be used as coating for vertical application on walls & steel structures also. Good adhesion to substrate and good chemical resistance. Jointless and hence will not support bacterial growth. Good gloss levels and is easy to clean.
